Dr. Florence Dwoki Lado
Dr. Lado developed the Women in Trade Programme in South Sudan, with AMSCO Development Solutions for TradeMark East Africa, where she led a team of trainers and facilitated capacity-building efforts for women engaged in informal cross-border trade. Her work included training sessions in Nimule/Elegu and collaborating with the University of Juba on training initiatives.
Dr. Lado served as a consultant for the GIZ on Gender and Human Rights, evaluating governance projects for peaceful coexistence. She supported the GIZ-FSAD initiative on food security challenges to various stakeholders. She holds a Doctorate of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from California InterContinental University, and she earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Leeds, following her Bachelor's in Business Studies and Mathematics from Kenyatta University.
Dominic O. Oromo
Mr. Otwari is an Economist and Statistician. He is experienced with all stages of inferential statistics and time series. He is well versed with statistical packages such as SPSS to manage and analyze large datasets, gaining actionable insights for data-driven decisions.
He uses STATA to provide data science needs—data manipulation, visualization, statistics, and reporting, E-VIEWS, to work with time series, cross-section, or longitudinal data. EPI-INFO is used to develop disease surveillance systems and public health analytic methods.
His proficiency include Python and digital marketing skills, web analytics, demonstrate his versatility and adaptability in the ever-evolving field of data analysis.
He is a member of the Uganda Statistical Society. A graduate of Kyambogo University with Honors.

Dr. Tony Macinnes Alfred Ngalamu
Dr. Tony Macinnes Alfred Ngalamu is an Associate Professor of Plant Breeding at the University of Juba, where he has dedicated over 16 years to advancing agricultural science and education. With a focus on the genetic improvement of cowpea for earliness and drought tolerance.
Dr. Ngalamu has contributed significantly to research aimed at enhancing food security in challenging climates. He began his academic journey as a Teaching Assistant before evolving into his current role, where he imparts knowledge and fosters innovation in crop science. including Nine pathways towards building resilient food systems in South Sudan’s Eastern Equatoria

Luka Kilara Oceng
Luka Oceng is a development professional specializing in sustainable agriculture, food security, and environmental management. He has done the Green Climate Fund (GCF) integrated results management framework (IRMF). He also has experience in education and healthcare. Luka has collaborated with African agricultural producers and imported agricultural products to the UK. Additionally, he directs a UK-based childcare organization that operates within public-sector frameworks.
During his time at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security in South Sudan, he focused on engaging stakeholders, supporting donor-funded programs, and facilitating government communications. Luka is a member of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals.
Charles Saki BAKHEIT Ph.D.
Dr. Bakheit’s research includes stochastic modeling in the physical and life sciences, and data analysis in the medical, agricultural, and engineering fields.
Dr. Bakheit’s publications cover Applied Statistics. He contributed to the study on the limit’s properties of Semi-Markov processes and their applications in Applied Probability. He contrasted the application of Artificial Neural Networks techniques with statistical methods. Collaborated with the Engineering College on modeling of air pollution and traffic accidents data analysis, and the Biology department to study the ecology of Omani turtles. I am also pursuing research in the theory of Semi-Markov processes. Dr Bakheit has focused his attention on developing higher education in South Sudan.

Gloria Dikun TABAN
Gloria is a dedicated professional with over 13 years of experience in Environment and Development, leading government projects at community, state, and national levels for the Ministries of Environment and Forestry, Agriculture and Food Security, the South Sudan Land Commission, and Gender, Child, and Social Welfare.
She held project design and management roles at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Norwegian Peoples’ Aid (NPA), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) in Kenya in 2010, and the Infectious and Tropical Diseases Institute at Ohio University in 2017.
She has designed and implemented projects for the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and Green Climate Fund (GCF). Undertook resource mobilization, developing concept notes and proposals on climate change mitigation and adaptation. She holds a BSc in Environmental Science from Makerere University in Uganda and a master's degree in International Development and Diplomacy, with a focus on the environment, from Ohio University, USA.
Mr. Augustino Atillio Narige
Mr. Augustino Atillio Macar Narige is an accomplished professional specializing in food and nutrition security, with a strong background in consultancy and leadership. He has worked with leading organizations such as the EU, the World Bank, the FAO, Oxfam, and the AfDB, demonstrating a strong ability to deliver high-quality consultancy services and to drive projects in agricultural and rural development.
He has led inter-ministerial task forces and agricultural advisory forums, focusing on critical policy decisions impacting food and nutrition security. Notably, he conducted a rapid assessment of South Sudan's food system as an FAO National Consultant, which provided key insights for strategic decision-making. His initiatives also include developing training modules to enhance understanding of policy development processes in South Sudan.
Sam L. LAKI, Ph.D.
Professor of Water Resources Management, Agricultural Economics, Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI His research areas include agricultural economics, specializing in agricultural and resource development.
Dr Laki advises on implementing the Comprehensive Agriculture Master Plan (CAMP) and the Irrigation Development Master Plan (IDMP) with a focus on IDMP investment plans to complement CAMP.
The objective is to develop further CAMP/IDMP investment plans that are aligned with national development policies and the National Development Strategy (NDS) and with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, and other Economic Cluster ministries CV.
Dr. Tomasz Iwanow
Dr. Tomasz Iwanow is a highly regarded Program Manager with over 17 years of experience in academia, research, consultancy, and government advisory roles, specializing in managing EU Funds and program development with a focus on South Sudan's regional integration reforms. His notable achievements include drafting Lesotho's Investor Roadmap, reviewing South Sudan's business laws, and providing essential capacity-building support to the South Sudan Bureau of Standards. As a Technical Advisor to the South Sudan Secretariat for EAC Accession, he played a crucial role in negotiating South Sudan's membership in the East African Community (EAC) in 2016, which involved significant economic reforms. Additionally, he was instrumental in developing the South Sudan National Trade Policy, overseeing project implementation, leading technical teams, and fostering job creation through extensive training and research activities.
Prof. Peter O. TINGWA
He is an agricultural professor and an expert in agriculture (education, research, planning, and implementation). Prof Peter Tingwa was formerly the Dean of the College of Natural Resources and Environmental Studies of the University of Juba and a veteran of four UN Peacekeeping Missions: Somalia, Sierra Leone, and Liberia.
He has written on economic recovery, reconciliation, the restoration of governance and state authorities, and higher education.
He was a professor of agriculture at the University of Khartoum (teaching, research planning, and the management of universities). He has worked on peacekeeping operations in many countries and on agricultural projects in South Sudan for various donors. An avid enthusiast of South Sudanese history. He is a consultant and advisor.

He has served as the former Director General of Health for Imotong State, demonstrating his commitment to improving healthcare services in the region. He held the position of Senior Medical Officer (SMO) at the main hospital in Torit, where he plays a vital role in patient care and medical oversight. Dr. Okwahi's expertise extends to his role as Medical Director for Health Link South Sudan, where he is involved in strengthening health systems and programs. Additionally, he has served as the Director General for Health Services and was instrumental as member of the South Sudan HIV/AIDS Commission, working towards reducing the impact of HIV/AIDS in the country. He has also worked as the Clinical Products Manager for MSI South Sudan, focusing on the management and distribution of essential medical supplies. Dr. Okwahi continues to make significant contributions to the healthcare landscape in South Sudan.
